The analyses highlighted sectors performance between 2014-2018, its medium-term priorities, trends in financing against sector requirements, interlinkage with other sectors, challenges and recommendations. In addition, the Institute participated in budget advocacy campaigns in Kisumu and Kakamega counties which brought together members of both the county Assembly and Executive and CSO groups to understand the status of RMNCAH+I programme as well as provide recommendation for improved RMNCAH+I indicators that are currently very low in the target Counties.
